Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to make a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first perception of your home and how you perform house's regular maintenance.
Understanding this helps us to choose what we can do to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with touched up paint and colorful garden plants it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer see themselves hanging out in your living space, reading a good book in your master bedroom or studying in your home office? We want your house to welcome buyers and give them a sense of easy living. I'll help you accomplish this by suggesting changes that enhance your home's features.
I'll advise you take away anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Counter tops should be neatly arranged. Kitschy sculptures, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Unattractive or dirty spots make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I know exactly what a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that need brightening, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers' agents know that their clients expect a residence that brings them inside. Everything that could be uninviting should be removed in order for your house to impress buyers during any visit.

At your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll open curtains, and add lighting where needed to show off your place. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and assure a pleasing scent circulates room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your loveseat and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
